You role within the team,

• Assisting Sales & Marketing team to execute marking campaigns and projects across North Asia markets to enhance brand awareness for the assigned brands
• Work location: Hong Kong

Position Responsibilities,

• Assists Marketing Manager in planning and executing full spectrum of marketing plans, budget and A&M management, strategies development
• Leads in marketing projects, from campaign planning, implementation to post evaluation, not limited to ATL, BTL, POSM
• maximizing brand awareness to generate sales conversions
• Manage digital and social platforms. Measure and analyze the performance of digital strategies with obtainable analytical tools e.g. Google analytics, Google Ads etc.
• Develop and create compelling and engaging content, not limited to social media posts, website and marketing collateral that resonates with our target audience
• Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape for market intelligence
• Liaise with advertising agencies and distributors in respectative regions to monitor the process in preparation of marketing materials
• Work closely with cross-functional teams on innovation & routine product management
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments as assigned
   

Qualifications & Experience,

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or any related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand management and product marketing in Supplements or FMCG industry
• Good background in cross-cultural communications and management
• Regional experience is an advantage
• Experienced in digital marketing strategies and planning are preferred
