Assistant Category Manager (in cosmetic field)

Job Description:

• Planning and managing buying and pricing strategies for cosmetic category to increase category penetration, drive sales and margin, enhance competitive edges and capitalize market opportunities.
• Leading the team to execute and evaluate buying activities
• Building and maintaining good relationships with suppliers and business partners for long term strategic plans
• To ensure healthy stock level by manage effective promotion plan and stock management
• Conduct various analytical reports to study the market trends and strategies performance

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 3-years buying experience on cosmetics category in retails industry is a MUST
• Analytical, well understand the trend of cosmetics product, well planning and organization with strong business mind
• Good interpersonal, communication and people management skills
• Fluent in Cantonese with good command of English and  Japanese (JLPT N2 or above is a must)
