Assistant Manager - Business Development (for Fertility Business)

Responsibilities :
 

• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare and fertility industry, particularly in GBA region (e.g. market trends, regulations, competitors in GBA)
• Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share
• Engage with potential stakeholders to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that align with our services
• Attend Industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote our services and build valuable connections
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies
• Handle ad hoc projects / tasks as assigned by Senior Management

Requirements:
 

• Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Healthcare Management, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in the healthcare or fertility industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with doctors, cross-functional department and external partners
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
