职位描述

Job Responsibilities & Accountability:

  • Develop, manage and implement internal communication activities, including academy collateral and communication across all internal channels.
  • Plan and manage marketing activities for membership-related events to maximize revenue and ensure client and Patron satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage regular, festive and ad-hoc programs to boost Patron loyalty and consumption, aligned with academy strategic goals.
  • Responsible for all audio and visual productions (including photos and videos shoot) for internal communication.
  • Organize and attend entertainment and events to showcase products and services with the objective of strengthening relationships with Patrons and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal operation teams to design and promote special events, menus, and packages.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Admissions, Corporate Partnership, Marketing, Sports Development and Operations to orchestrate the collective effort to optimize a total experience to Patrons.
  • Provide support to ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.

Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Marketing Communications, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in hospitality / retails, solid experience in VIP services or CRM.
  • Dynamic, passion for the hospitality environment and knowledge of the luxury market.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, excellent verbal, and written skills for English
