Assistant Manager (Physiotherapy) (N&HS) (Ref: 250001X)

Major Duties and Responsibilities 

The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:

• Administering and coordinating the development of programmes and courses offered by the Department;
• Administering and liaising the accreditation process by the Physiotherapists Board;
• Liaising with partners of the Department;
• Handling administrative duties involved in research, learning and teaching activities, as well as student related matters;
• Providing secretarial service to committees and meetings;
• Assisting in the promotion of programmes and courses;
• Planning, coordinating various events and activities such as seminars and conferences;
• Coordinating the local/overseas clinical practicum of students; and
• Performing any other duties as assigned.

Candidates 

Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

• A recognized degree with at least 2 years’ of relevant post-qualification experience;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently; and
• An excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.

Candidates may be invited to attend a written test.
