Resident Clerk of Works (Ref. JD_17025KL.01RCOW)

We are looking for the following experienced professional who is capable of carrying out supervision and co-ordination work for Ho Man Tin Station Package One Property Development at KIL 11264, Ho Man Tin, Kowloon:-

The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Clerk of Works shall be as follows: 

• A Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Construction holder from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College/ Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent / Engineering qualifications
• 8 years’ relevant post-qualification experience
• Minimum qualifications and experience required for Grade ‘T3’ of TAP-TCP
• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese  Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent.[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

Employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 12 months commencing immediately tentatively with possible extension subject to works progress and working performance. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.
