Assistant Officer / Officer, Corporate Communications

Responsibilities:
 

• To assist in the execution of corporate and community events with a view to promoting the Company’s corporate image 
• Content development of PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, press releases, website, etc.
• To facilitate media events and interviews as well as to build media relationships.
•  Execute communications programs and events including awards strategy and CSR events to enhance brand awareness.
• To support the implementation of marketing communications activities such as advertisement placement, promotional campaigns.
• Co-ordinate with service providers including production houses, premium suppliers, media, and agencies, etc.
• Assist in handling communications from the media
• Perform other duties as and when required

Qualifications and Experience Required:
 

• Degree holder, preferably in Communications, Translation or Public Relations
• Fresh graduate or with 1 year’s relevant working experience 
• Mature, confident and eloquent with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer literacy, well-versed in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. 
• Detail-minded with good organizational skills 
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. 
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Corporate Communications Officer.
