Assistant Project Coordinator / Project Coordinator
(5.5 days work week, alternative Saturday off)
Duties
• Liaise and co-ordinate with internal and external parties including clients, consultants, management office on repairs, renovation and minor A&A projects
• Assist management in preparation of maintenance and project document, in-house coordination with sub-contractors
• Conduct regular site inspection/meetings and handle relevant enquiries and complaints
• Tender/Quotation preparation & cost estimation
Requirements
• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• 1 year of relevant experience is preferable. Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Knowledge in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
