Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager

Responsibilities:

 

• You are expected to manage and oversee all E&M works include planning, design, cost and work progress;
• Work close with internal project team; works assignation, cost estimation, drawings and specification in E&M aspect for tendering;
• Liaise with external parties to plan and supervise the installation works and work close with the schedule;
• Deal with site matters, liaise and co-ordinate with relevant parties and monitor the site work progress;
• Prepare tender, cost control and quotations;
• Closely monitor the works at high quality and ensuring it complies with statutory requirements;
• Arrange/execute all necessary works enabling smooth operation of projects;
• To be responsible to General Manager for works as directed.

Job Requirements:
          
 

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;
• At least 4 years relevant experience in engineering and site working, especially in Electrical and Mechanical applications in water treatment projects or swimming pool system operation is definitely an advantage;
• Proficiency in PC skills (MS Office, Excel, and AutoCAD etc.)
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Immediate availability preferred;
• Independent, proactive, well-organized, detail-minded with good interpersonal skill;
• Applicant with less experience and qualification will also be considered for Assistant Project Manager;
