Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager (Toys)

Job Description

• Develop, manage implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements
• Manage both directly and indirectly, processes, people, infrastructure to facilitate Quality
• Understand all customers quality requirement
• Pre-Production Quality Assuring: Effectively interact with the technical team in development stage
• Monitor QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training
• Consolidate, analyze, and report on Quality performance
• Analyze and influence Supplier Quality Performance, directing improvement efforts
• Monitor production through effective to improve quality
• Handle all customers complaints

Skills and qualifications

• University graduate preferably in quality and engineer relevant
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in QA/QC in the toys industry as quality manager
• Ability to demonstrate superior understanding of factory operation, quality and supply chain process.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, proactive and good team player
• Good communication skills with different level of people
• Strong data analytical and presentation skills and logical thinking
• Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Word & Excel, and Chinese word processing
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• 5.5 days work week, working location in China
• Occasion travel to China and Vietnam factory is required
