Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for new customers development;
• Work closely with team head to achieve individual and team targets;
• Assist to develop and build up good relationships with architects, contractors, designers etc.;
• Follow up with after sales services and maintain long term relationship with customers; and
• Prepare sales reports

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Management or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 year of experience in similar role;
• Experience in paint industry is an advantage but not a must;
• Strong communication and organization skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua);
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Willing to travel for business;
• Strong customer base with architects, designers of developer, main contractors of construction would be highly preferable;
• Proactive and aggressive with outgoing personality
