Assistant Supervisor/ Supervisor 助理管工/管工 (維修保養)

Job Duties: 

• 常駐及管理建築物日常運作
• 監督維持保養進度，視察、評估及報告現場狀況
• 協助規劃維持保養工作
• 與客戶保持聯絡

Job Requirements:

• 中五程度，或持有相關文憑/證書
• 5年或以上經驗，較多經驗者會考慮為管工
• 持有有效電工A牌/B牌/R牌及綠卡
• 良好的中、英文說話和書寫能力
• 良好的溝通和人際交往能力
• 有責任心
