Associate/ Associate Manager, Relationship Manager(BD) -Middle Office

Key Responsibilities:  (No need to sale)

• Act as a point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships to understand their needs and provide personalized support.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account setup and activation.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular client reviews to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
• Collaborate with sales team and financial product team to develop and implement strategies for client acquisition and retention.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and market developments to effectively address client needs and provide relevant insights.
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by team.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with major in business administration, marketing, finance, economics or relevant discipline
• At least 1-year related experience in customer services or sales role in the digital currency or financial sector.   Having experience in account manager is a plus.
• Knowledge of the digital currency market and industry, understanding of basic concepts and principles is preferred
• Familiarity with Hong Kong financial markets and regulations is a plus
• Passed HKSI paper 1,7,8 or licensed with SFC Type 1 is preferred
• Sound PC knowledge
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
