BIM Modeller/ BIM Technician

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain and update accurate 3D BIM models.
• Ensure models are accurate, coordinated, and comply with industry standards and project requirements.
• Produce accurate and coordinated drawings from Revit.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure model integrity.
• Support the BIM team and architects in various project tasks.

Requirements :

• Degree or higher diploma in relevant fields (e.g., architecture, engineering, construction).
• 1-3 years of experience in BIM modelling.
• Proficiency in BIM and CAD software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
• Good understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems, as well as construction methods.
