Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development of annual communication strategies for key brands, integrating inputs from brand essence, key product roadmaps, market research, and other dimensions to produce the annual communication strategy. Facilitate alignment and execution between headquarters and local marketing teams.
2. Oversee the planning, project initiation, execution, and review of annual brand campaigns.
3. Develop quarterly content strategies for key brands, creating and promoting a marketing calendar for social media and private domain operations. Continuously track content conversion effectiveness and dynamically optimize content planning.
4. Collaborate in integrating multi-channel content for corporate and product brands, enhancing the content framework, update mechanisms, and distribution strategies of the brand content library to ensure continuous, efficient updates and precise communication.
5. Establish content guidelines for multiple channels (including DTC websites, social media, private communities, etc.) to ensure effective and consistent brand messaging across different business segments.
6. Supervise the implementation of content guidelines across multiple channels, review cross-departmental content, track performance, provide improvement recommendations, and oversee the production and execution of multi-channel content.
7. Continuously optimize content across DTC and official website platforms to enhance user experience, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Key Requirements:
- Degree or above in E-commerce, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related disciplines
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in brand planning, content planning, and creative copywriting, with familiarity in content creation, brand communication, and content operation planning.
- At least 2 years of experience targeting overseas markets, with a strong understanding of content dissemination and marketing promotion aimed at international brands; candidates with practical project experience will be prioritized.
- Experience in content and planning roles at large advertising agencies, public relations firms, or well-known creative shops that serve outbound enterprises is preferred.
- Familiarity with brand communication planning and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale brand campaigns.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to produce high-quality copy, promotional content, and project reports.
- Outstanding cross-departmental coordination and project management skills, capable of independently leading a team to achieve creative marketing and brand implementation.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin as working languages.
- Willingness to travel for work.
