Brand Manager (OTC Pharmaceutical Products)

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute brand and marketing strategies and develop plans to achieve business objective for the assigned brand
• Participate in market planning and research activities to identify potential opportunities
• Monitor and analyze market competitors and consumer insight to sharpen the brand strategy and marketing programs on regular basis for management review
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, recommend to management team on the marketing initiatives so as to drive sales performance
• Directly accountable for yearly marketing budget, driving advertising and consumer promotion efficiency and ROI across marketing mix of programs
• Work with client to provide product management functions like inventory control, compliance and etc
• Liaise with creative and media agencies and production companies to assist in preparation of media plan, promotions and marketing materials

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business / Science Discipline or any related field
• At least 5 years of solid experience in healthcare or FMCG industry
• Experience and knowledge in brand marketing, advertising management and digital marketing
• A strategic thinker with strong numerical and analytical skills
• Cross functional collaboration and leadership and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent command in excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
