Job Function
1. Sell the Company’s full range of Products including 3rd party products and services with the objective of achieving and exceeding individual sales targets in store and on customer visits
2. Deliver a level of Customer service in line with Company requirements and strategy with an attitude to be the best in the business.
3. Cover day-to-day operational needs of the business as directed by the line manager.
Key Responsibilities:
SALES
• Welcome, sell and demonstrate products and services to customers in an effective and customer centric way
• Achieve individual and store sales target
• Identify customer requirements, meet their needs and maximize sales, using all resources available
• Can optimize customer database and has a desire to retain new customers through effective use of CRM and Microsoft Dynamics
• Participate as an effective and willing team member to achieve individual and store KPI’s (Financial and Operational)
• Attending customer events at various times including evenings or weekends.
• Remain updated on training and market trends in A/V, design (exterior and interior) and Luxury industry
OPERATIONAL
• Maintain awareness of new product developments, new company initiatives and all promotional activity
• Process correctly and accurately all sales details, pricing information, delivery details and other customer requirements
• Support the Store Manager in the operational effectiveness of the store
• Ensure the health and safety of self, Customers and Colleagues is not at risk, taking all reasonable steps to ensure safety in the workplace.
• Are part of the store champion system
• Remian updated and adhere to all Company policies and procedures
STANDARDS
• Help ensure store standards are maintained to the highest standard (And according to Store Design and VM Guidelines)
• Merchandise and display products as directed by the line Manager ensuring all promotional materials are in place within the correct timescale
• Follow the Global Uniform Guideline (and personal standards)
• Undertake prescribed training and development
• Remain updated and execute on global CoCo standards, guidelines, processes and manual(s)
SERVICE
• Remain updated on the Service Operating Manual (SOM)
• Ensure all Customers are provided with the highest level of Customer service before, during and after the sale has taken place in accordance with Company procedures.
• Deal professionally and knowledgeably with all Customer queries taking responsibility to see the query through to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Assist in the delivery and installation of products when required
• Undertake any tasks as reasonably requested by the line manager
Job Requirements
Working Experience & Education requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ experience from similar positions in luxury retail or A/V
• A proven record of delivering sales results
Foreign language skills
• Fluent written and verbally in local language
• Basic written and verbal English. Other languages are a plus
