Business Analyst (up to 40K)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our client’s fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for NetSuite implementations and enhancements.
• Design and document system configurations, workflows, and processes.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to optimize business operations.
• Provide user training and support on NetSuite systems and functionalities.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
• Work with technical teams to ensure successful system integrations and upgrades.
• Stay updated on NetSuite developments and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or IT related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on NetSuite or ERP systems.
• Experience in NetSuite implementation is preferred.
• NetSuite certifications are a plus.
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and strive for excellence;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
