Business Development Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform market research to identify new leads and engage with potential merchant partners to establish strategies for pursuing new opportunities.
• Develop and deliver pitches to potential new merchant partners.
• To explore new business opportunities.
• Promote e -services based on marchant partners’ objectives.
• Build strong relationships with customers, outside business contacts
• Prepare sales contracts and provide basic on-boarding training to newly acquired merchants.
• Collect feedback on service platform user experience from merchant, while understanding the reasons and use cases of every feedback.
• Carry out and complete ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• High diploma in business or other related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Proven sales track record
• Experience in e-Commerce / retail industry is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
