Business Development Associate

HelloToby, a leading services platform with over 800 listed services, is seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Associate for our Store team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals new to the workforce who are eager to dive into the e-commerce market. You will play a key role in onboarding beauty and wellness businesses, such as salons, massage parlors, and facial treatment centers, onto our platform, contributing to our mission of offering convenient service booking options for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Onboarding: Identify and engage with potential beauty and wellness businesses for partnership and onboarding onto the HelloToby platform.
   
• Market Research: Conduct basic research to understand market trends and identify potential business partners.
   
• Client Engagement: Build initial contact and foster relationships with prospective partners, guiding them through the onboarding process.
   
• Collaboration and Learning: Work closely with experienced team members to learn about effective business development strategies, e-commerce trends, and client management.
   
• Feedback and Improvement: Actively seek and provide feedback on processes to improve the partner and customer experience on the platform.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Recent graduates or individuals with an associate degree, preferably in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related fields.
• Passion for E-commerce and Services Industry: Strong interest in e-commerce, beauty, and wellness services, with a keenness to learn and grow in these areas.
• Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with potential partners and team members.
• Initiative and Eagerness to Learn: Highly motivated with a proactive approach to learning and contributing to the team.
• Basic Technical Skills: Familiarity with standard computer applications; additional training will be provided as needed.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
