RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop strong working relationships with local & overseas agents
• Plan and organize events, seminars and webinars to drive sales
• Coordinate and manage the sales process internally and externally to ensure sales are managed efficiently
• Achieve sales targets
• Handle enquiries and complaints with positive problem-solving skills
• Need to work on weekends occasionally
• Business travel may be required
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Diploma holder or above preferably in Property/Real Estates with minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B sales (overseas real estate industry preferred, but not a must)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with sales channels and business partners
• Good negotiation skills, able to overcome objections and resolving conflicts during negotiations
• High degree of integrity and values reputation within the market
• Results-driven mindset with strong self-discipline
• Strategic thinker with ability to identify new business opportunities
• Skilled in preparing and delivering sales pitches, proposals and presentations
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
REMUNERATION
• Attractive base (negotiable depending on experience) + high commission package
