Responsibilities:
- Manage business documents, collect data and prepare analysis and reports with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Interface with external customers and internal teams to ensure smooth process of business lead registration, quotation preparation and invoice submission.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and managers, and report to department head on a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
- Handle general customers enquiries.
- Always proactively identify and address improving areas for better operational efficiency and accuracy in entire sales lifecycle, in department or cross-departments.
- Provie overall administrative support to business team.
Requirements:
· University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
· 4+ years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or a related field.
· Proficient hands-on knowledge and skills on MS Excel and PowerPoint.
· Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Good knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
· Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse stakeholders.
· Good command of English and Chinese.
· Candidates with less qualification or experiences can be considered as Business Operation Administrator.
