Claims Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Direct liaise with Construction Team / QS team to get the site record for claim preparation
• Tidy up records obtained from Construction Team / QS team for claim preparation
• Attend different meetings with Construction Team / QS team to understand the update site situation to find hints for claim preparation
• Supporting documents preparation for claim letter preparation
• Drafting letter / narrative for claims

Requirements

• Degree/Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying / Building Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Proficient in computer applications, e.g. MS Word and MS Excel
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good supervisory skill
• Enthusiastic about job and strong career mind
• Knowledge in professional measurement tools as an advantage
