We are a reputable and well-established company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange principally engaged in the management and operation of terminals and other related businesses.

We are now seeking a qualified candidate to join us as a company secretarial manager/assistant company secretarial manager in response to the rapid growth and development of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provision of full-range company secretarial services
  2. Preparation of annual reports, interim reports, announcements and circulars
  3. To advise the board of directors on corporate governance requirements and ensure compliance with the Listing Rules and other regulatory requirements
  4. Participation in ad hoc projects when necessary

Requirements:

  1. University graduates with associate membership of HKICS / ICSA
  2. 7 - 10 years’ company secretarial experience gained from listed companies
  3. Working knowledge of the Listing Rules, SFO reporting requirements and other compliance regulations
  4. Solid experiences in organizing board meetings and committee meetings and preparing minutes
  5. Solid experiences in preparing corporate secretarial documents for Hong Kong, PRC, Bermuda and BVI companies
  6. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Mandarin)
  7. Sound PC skills in MS Word, Chinese Word Processing and MS Excel
  8. Detail-oriented, diligent, collaborative, patient, proactive and dedicated to work as a team player
