Corporate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve annual revenue targets for the corporate accounts segment.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to align sales and marketing activities, including lead generation, account-based marketing, and sales enablement.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer data to identify new business opportunities and refine the sales strategy.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to senior-level decision-makers
• Negotiate and close complex, high-value enterprise agreements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to leadership on progress, challenges, and recommended actions.
• Foster a positive, high-performing sales culture focused on continuous improvement and exceeding customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate or enterprise sales, with a proven track record of successfully leading a sales team
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, create sales plans, and drive revenue growth
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-suite executives
• Proficient in using CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and other sales enablement technologies
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer success
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
