We are looking for a dynamic and experienced candidate to join our young and energetic team. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, who can manage a team and collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:Formulate and execute marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives, driving brand awareness and growth.
Brand Management: Direct the development and implementation of brand positioning, channels marketing and visual identity to maintain consistency across all platforms including events and public relations (PR).
Product Launches: Strategically plan and execute successful product launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams for alignment and impact. Lead quantitative and qualitative insights, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop new products and OEM brands, promotions, and packaging designs.
Digital Marketing: Spearhead digital marketing efforts, including social media and websites to boost online presence and engagement.
Market Research: Perform market analysis to uncover trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, utilizing insights to shape marketing strategies.
Budget Management:Create and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and outreach.
Performance Metrics: Set key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Undertake any other duties as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline.
At least 10 years of integrated marketing experience, with 5 years of team leading role.
FMCG experience is a must.
A proven track record in new product development, brand growth, and successful GTM strategies.
Strong business acumen, especially in distributor and business partnerships, ability to develop marketing capabilities.
Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Passion for innovation, sensitive to market trends and changes.
