Duty Engineer 當值工程師 (Ref: TS-DE-JDB)

Your new role will:

• Handle work requests and service calls in relation to technical matters.
  處理與技術相關的工作請求和服務呼叫。
• Look after landlord facilities for irregular conditions and confine the problems discovered.
  維護設施的正常運作狀態，並控制發現的問題。
• Inspect regularly plant and system operating conditions.
  定期檢查設備和系統的運行狀況。
• Arrange rectification of any technical system failure.
  安排修復任何技術系統故障。
• Supervise and carry out technical works scheduled within the duty period.
  監督和執行在任務期間內安排的技術工作。
• Prepare incident and daily handover reports.
  準備事件報告和日常交接報告。
   

What you'll need to succeed:

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or above.
  持有建築設備/電氣/機械工程高級文憑/高級證書或以上學歷。
• Holder of Certificate of Grade B Registration of Electrical Worker preferred.
  持有有效的B級電業註冊證書者優先考慮。
• Holder of valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate.
  擁有有效的建造業安全培訓證書。
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial building operation and maintenance.
  最少5年商業大樓運作及維護的相關經驗。
• Experienced in building services and coordination with service providers to carry out preventive / routine maintenance on mechanical and electrical works.
  具備建築設備知識並能與服務供應商協調進行預防/例行維修。
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  具有強烈的責任感，有自我激勵，能夠承受壓力。
• Good PC skills.
  擁有良好的個人電腦技能。
• Required to work on shift duty.
  需要輪班工作。
