Finance Director / Senior Finance Manager

• Act as the Finance Head of a clinic business of the Group

• Oversee all financial accounting operations, including financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, taxation, treasury function etc.

• Ensure smooth operation of finance function

• In charge of the financial reporting and accounting processes of the clinics, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data

• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and variance analyses to provide insights into the financial performance of the clinics and make recommendations for improvement

• Perform cash flow management

• Liaise with different stakeholders including auditors, bankers, doctors etc.

• Support special projects and ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirements

• Member of HKICPA or other equivalent qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance or other related disciplines

• Over 10 years’ solid experience in accounting & finance, preferably gained from listed companies and/or Big 4 audit firms

• Excellent command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English

• Independent, proactive, meticulous with good people management skills

• Experience in clinics or medical institutions will be a definite advantage

• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Senior Finance Manager
