Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

What you'll do:

- Handle full sets of accounts and responsible for daily accounting operations for various HK and overseas accounts
- Prepare and consolidate monthly management accounts and financial analyses for Management 
- Assist the Finance Director in setting up and creating an automated financial reporting system and lead 1-2 team members
- Assist in drafting internal finance policies and guidelines when needed
- Review accounting team for month-end closing journals, reconciliations and schedules
- Prepare budget and cash flow forecast and control report
- Assist Management in monitoring the P&L for each project/department
- Liaise with auditors, regulators and internal stakeholders
- Work extensively with Sales / Marketing / IT / BD and other departments, delivering finance-related solutions to help businesses excel

What you'll need:

- At least 8 years relevant experience in financial accounting, management accounting and consolidation, in which having a minimum of 5 years experience in external audit / CPA firm / SME (audit experience highly preferred)
- ACCA (or CPA) or equivalent professional qualification
- Reputable local/regional university graduates / post-graduates
- Ability to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision and willing to take on challenges
- Ability to work diligently with a high level of attention to detail
- A good team player with “can do” attitude and good communication skills at all levels
- Excellent in English and Mandarin / Cantonese (English as work language)
- Confident in communicating and coordinating across internal staff and external consultants
- Based in Hong Kong
