Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager / Assistant Finance Manager

Job Summary

As a (Senior / Assistant) Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial functions of the company. You will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting and reporting.
 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Handle full set of accounts (including preparation of journal entries, accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliation, cash flow statement, month-end closing, financial analysis, etc.)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports and schedules for management review
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors to facilitate annual audit

We are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of solid experience in handling full set of accounts
• Experience in IT industry is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
• Proactive, meticulous, and efficient team player with strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Independent, well-organized and with a strong sense of responsibility
• Hands-on experience in accounting system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good command in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
