In light of our rapid business expansion, we would like to invite professional candidate for this position based in our Hong Kong office.

We are seeking a innovative Full Stack Developerto join our team. You will play a crucial role in design and development and maintenance of fintech applications, to deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet the company needs and drive business growth.  

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative prototypes and proof of concepts for fintech applications utilizing modern frontend frameworks such as React.js and Next.js, along with backend technologies like Python.
• Collaborate with the team to rapidly iterate and validate diverse technical solutions, driving swift product evolution.
• Implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces while crafting robust APIs and efficient data processing pipelines.
• Ensure optimal system performance, scalability, and resilience through effective technical architecture design and implementation.
• Advocate for best coding practices, producing clear, efficient, and maintainable code that aligns with industry standards.
• Translate complex business requirements into elegant and user-friendly technical solutions, demonstrating a strong sense of UI/UX design.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, integrating the latest tools into the development process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full stack development, including frontend experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, and backend experience with Python.
• Proven skills in crafting engaging and professional-quality frontend pages with a keen eye for design and usability.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data processing frameworks (e.g., Pandas, PySpark) is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI-related technologies such as GPT, HuggingFace, and PyTorch, particularly LLM-related technologies (highly desirable).
• A solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals coupled with a passion for applying and extending this knowledge is a plus.
• Proven track record in rapid prototyping and developing proof of concepts in dynamic environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural inclination for effective teamwork.
