About us

More than 90% have no experience, annual income of 6 million yen or more from the first year of joining the company/Customer service/sales.

Qualifications & experience

• High School and above, Fresh graduates are welcome
• Experience in customer service or second hand luxury resale market is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English
• Basic computer skills
• Interested in branded items
• Good communication skills and willing to learn
• Under 45 years old required

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assist in shop daily operations such as handling purchase process and reply inquiry
• Provide customer service and build rapport with customers
• Communicate with appraisers for purchase process
• On job training is provided.
• Rotating shifts required
