Global Senior Network Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Network Maintenance and Optimization: Perform daily network operations such as maintenance, change management, problem resolution, emergency response, and architecture optimization to guarantee the stable and secure functioning of business systems.
• Equipment Management: Oversee the operation and maintenance of devices like switches, routers, load balancers, handle events and emergencies, and conduct bandwidth usage analysis and tuning.
• Network Planning and Construction: Design and implement network architecture, engage in project planning, resource coordination, and quality management to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Standard Formulation: Contribute to the creation of comprehensive network planning, standards, and operational systems, encompassing design, usage, security, and management facets.
• Documentation Preparation: Organize technical documentation following standardized procedures, ensuring document accuracy and regular updates.
• Network Security Management: Develop security protection mechanisms, assess system status, implement effective risk mitigation strategies; swiftly respond to emergencies, conduct post-incident reviews, and enhance future response capabilities based on lessons learned.
• Cross-departmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with production and support teams to collectively maintain the company's information security environment

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science or related fields, with at least 5 years of network management experience. Preference will be given to candidates with certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Huawei, etc.
• Familiar with server systems and hardware devices, able to diagnose and handle software and hardware failures.
• Proficient in setting up and managing network devices including Cisco routers, HP switches, and firewalls.
• Experienced with the Linux operating system, capable of setting up DNS, DHCP, WEB, and FTP servers.
• Familiar with the installation, configuration, and routine maintenance of Exchange mail servers and virtual server installation, configuration, and routine maintenance. Capable of analyzing and handling faults.
