Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

Design Adaptations for Product Collateral:

• Execute creative concepts that align with the brand’s vision and values
• Design, develop and implement graphic and motion visual content, encompassing various mediums such as e-shop, retail, packaging, video, brochures, leaflets, posters, advertisements, website content and most common social media channels, TikTop, YouTube etc
• Design adaptations and variations for packaging, user manuals, and other marketing materials to support new product launches.
• Ensure design consistency and brand alignment across product-related collateral.

Support for Sales and Marketing:

• Assist the sales manager in refining and enhancing the visual appeal of materials for customer meetings and presentations.
• Implement brand assets into different channels and usage, such as digital platforms, print materials and packaging
• Work with the ecommerce manager to design digital assets, such as images and graphics, for localized marketing campaigns and e-commerce storefronts.

Collaboration and Learning:

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Graphic Designer and cross-functional teams to learn and apply best practices in design.
• Ability to work independently as well as being able to work cooperatively with colleagues on design and creation of visual contents.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, software, and tools to enhance the quality of deliverables.

Asset Management and Organization:

• Contribute to the maintenance and organization of the company's design asset library, ensuring file naming conventions and version control.
• Assist in the creation and curation of reusable design elements, templates, and UI components.
• Take up any other assignments and duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Experience in healthcare and wellness industry is highly preferred
• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in the related field.
• Knowledge of packaging design and development
• Time and project management skills and ability to prioritise is a MUST
• Stay updated with latest design trends and social media, viral video trendy
• Proven track record in retail marketing & advertising design in online/ offline platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages.
• Good team player, excellent attention to detail, independent and responsible
• Video editing skill are a plus
