HelloToby is a leading service marketplace platform in Hong Kong, offering a wide range of services including home cleaning, professional matching, and store appointments. We are seeking a highly qualified and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in brand management and marketing communications, with a proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Development and Execution: Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and facilitating customer acquisition.
- Campaign Design and Implementation: Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns that strengthen brand identity and foster customer loyalty and engagement.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis on a global scale to identify emerging trends and opportunities, leveraging insights to refine brand positioning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and design, to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
- Oversight of Creative Development:Supervise the creation and implementation of branding and creative assets, including advertising materials, packaging, website content, and social media, ensuring alignment with the overarching brand strategy.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor and analyze key brand performance metrics, such as awareness, perception, and customer sentiment, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous brand enhancement.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budgets allocated to brand management initiatives, ensuring optimal resource allocation and efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 8-10 years of demonstrated experience in brand management and marketing communications, preferably within the e-commerce or related industries. Experience in video ads is a strong plus.
- Campaign Execution Expertise: Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that effectively drive brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Market Insight: In-depth understanding of the Hong Kong market and consumer behavior.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with precision.
