Head of Product

Toby has been the largest online service marketplace in Hong Kong. Over 700 services are provided through our matching platform. We are currently looking for Head of Product. 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead the product planning, design, and implementation of the platform's core matching features, ensuring the product continuously meets market demands and user expectations.
2. Analyze service provider behaviors to optimize the quoting process and matching algorithms, enhancing overall matching rates and efficiency on the platform.
3. Utilize data analysis skills to gain insights into market trends and user needs, providing data support and actionable insights for product line planning and strategy formulation.
4. Balance user experience with commercialization goals by designing and implementing innovative advertising solutions to enhance the platform's monetization capabilities and long-term business value.
5. Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor performance, incorporating user feedback and data analysis to optimize product features and user experience.
6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth progression of the product from concept to launch, and facilitate ongoing iterations and optimizations post-launch.
    

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Over 5 years of product management experience in platform-based products, with full participation in the planning, design, development, and launch of large-scale platform products.
2. Exceptional requirements analysis and management skills, capable of accurately capturing market needs and translating them into clear product plans. Proficient in writing high-quality PRDs and use case documents.
3. Deep understanding of the product development process, with excellent cross-departmental collaboration skills to effectively coordinate resources across marketing, business, technology, and quality assurance.
4. Proficient in product lifecycle management, including requirements research, prototype design, specification development, resource coordination, and release management. Excellent product presentation and communication skills.
5. Strong business acumen and data analysis skills, able to leverage data to drive product decisions and quickly resolve complex issues.
6. Familiarity with the application of artificial intelligence and big data technologies in products; experience in O2O or service matching platforms is a plus.
7. Innovative thinking and resilience under pressure, with the ability to maintain high productivity in a fast-paced environment.
8. Proficient in various product management and data analysis tools.
