Innovation & Technology Manager

JOB SUMMARY :

This role involves developing IT strategies, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring reliable IT operations.  Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

•      Identify IT issues and propose solutions for users and stakeholders.

•      Participate in new business IT development and new property opening projects.

•      Work closely with corporate departments on enterprise project requirements.

•      Initiate innovative, effective, and industry-standard IT technologies and solutions.

•      Achieve project objectives, fulfil user requirements, and enhance the operations efficiency.

•      Develop and execute technology initiatives aligned with the company’s business strategy.

•      Define IT standard strategies for infrastructure, IoT, cloud services, applications, and databases.

•      Regularly review and evaluate IT operation support service quality and stakeholder feedback.

•      Ensure all IT best practices and standards comply with relevant regulations, laws, and internal policies.

•      Enhance procedures, practices, and management systems for continuous improvement.

•      Manage the IT budget effectively and ensure expenditures align with financial goals.

•      Report on budget allocation and monitor IT expenses.

•      Perform other duties assigned by senior management to meet business objectives.

•      Analyse corporate IT infrastructure and propose enhancements based on cost-efficiency, cyber security, and long-term development.

•      Ensure cyber security within the organization.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS :

Education Level:      Degree or relevant computer science, information technology certifications

Field of Study:    Computer Science and Information Technology etc.

Years of Experience:     At least 10 years experience in corporate operations

Area of Experience: Information Technology

Other Professional Qualifications / Technical Skills / Knowledge required:

•      Good interpersonal skills to understand user requirements and seek and propose relevant solutions.

•      Strong communication skills, reliability, and proactivity.

•      Ensure processes and procedures align to company standard.

Language Proficiency:

•      English: Fluent - Excellent command over reading, writing, and speaking.

•      Chinese (Mandarin): Desirable - Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking.
