IT Officer

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily PC hardware and software support, including installation, troubleshooting, and problem diagnosis for both hardware and software;
• Monitor the health status of the IT system and network;
• Assist with the company's website back-end support, troubleshooting, and data updates;
• Assist in maintaining IT documentation as needed;
• Assist in providing computer operation instructions, guidelines, recommendations, training, and support to users;
• Liaise with vendors to coordinate maintenance and services;
• Undertake ad-hoc IT-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent;
• 2 years or above experience in IT support role;
• Knowledge of computer hardware (e.g. IP camera, printer, scanner, etc.);
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows , Mac OS, Microsoft Office;
• Basic knowledge in VPN, TCP/IP networking, Cabling;
• Basic knowledge of webpage maintainence support;
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills;
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Immediately available is highly preferable.
