IT Technical Support

Reporting to the Senior Manager of I.T Support Department, you will be responsible for

Responsibilities:

l   Contribute to the project life cycle, in the stage of infrastructure design,

l   Provide technical support and guidance on the use of common systems for end users.

l   Follow up daily systems health check.

l   Administration and maintenance for user right of client systems.

l   Troubleshoot with the infrastructure team for the front, middle and back-end systems of securities and futures.

l   Arrange of user testing before the system launch.

l   Electronic fixed asset management.

l   Vendor billing management.

Requirements:

l   Tertiary educated with majors in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

l   Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support including network administration work and system operations.

l   Hands-on experience in Microsoft products and operation system.

l   Independent, self-motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn.

l   Excellent communication skills.

l   Strong problem-solving skills.

l   Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; and

l   Experience in finance and banking industry would be an advantage.

l   Solid experience in HKEX issue is highly preferred.

l   With more experience would be considered as leader of support team.
