IT Technical Suppport Assistant

Job Duties

• Provide daily support and solutions on hardware, software and networking related issues to end users
• Support senior to maintain PCs and Servers infrastructure
• Manage IT assets and maintain proper documentation
• Help to set-up of video conferences and remote conference tools
• Other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in I.T. or related disciplines
• Holder of MCP or Windows Server Certification is highly preferred
• Minimum 1 year of IT support-related experience
• Hand-on experience in trouble-shooting PC, LAN, and Internet problems
• Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office application, Adobe, Zoom and other office software
• Initiative, responsible and strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Well organized, self-disciplined, work independent and good team spirit
