In light of our rapid business expansion, we would like to invite professional candidate for this position based in our Hong Kong office.

We are seeking a Manager, Software Developmentto join our team. You will play a crucial role in design and development and maintenance of enterprise & fintech applications, to deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet the company needs and drive business growth.  

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor development teams in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications
• Drive architectural decisions and conduct technical design reviews
• Oversee software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, feasibility studies, and production deployment
• Collaborate with product teams and business analysts to define technical solutions
• Ensure code quality through reviews and establish development best practices
• Manage production support and system maintenance activities
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, integrating the latest tools into the development process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
• Extensive experience with RESTful APIs, Redis, MS SQL Server, and Hibernate
• Proven track record in enterprise application development and system architecture
• Experience with C# and .NET Framework is definitely a plus
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural inclination for effective teamwork.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Software Developer.
