Marketing and Customer Service Executive 市場推廣與客戶服務主任

Duties:

• Assist to execute marketing campaigns including exhibitions
• Support promotion including BTL and ATL marketing activities
• Handle customer service including customer inquiries, feedback and comments in a professional manner
• Support on-site customer services including product maintenance and class teaching at schools
• Maintain and update the company website regularly to optimize SEO, generate leads, perform eCommerce and enhance customer experience
• Prepare marketing collaterals including English and Chinese write-ups and translation for the company website, leaflet and factsheet, etc
• Develop marketing and digital content (including content, photos and videos) for various social media channels
• Communicate and align with inter-departments, stores, vendors and agencies to implement marketing activities
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by the management
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably major in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, ai tools and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
• Digital savvy, knowledge of photo and video editing software
• Good knowledge and experience with digital marketing tools, such as Meta Business Suite, Google AdWords and Google Analytics is a plus
• Passionate, creative, and independent with strong analytical skills
• A good team player with strong communication skills, self-driven and able to accomplish different tasks with minimal supervision
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
