Marketing Graduate Trainee

As we continue to expand the organization to support our growing business and footprint, we are looking for Graduates to join the Marketing Trainee Program. This program is designed to provide Graduates with a concrete professional foundation by rotating around some of the core functions in the marketing organization including CRM, Performance, SEO and KOL. This one-year journey would allow Graduate Trainees to develop professional skills and gain knowledge of our online retail business. 

After the successful completion of the program, Graduate Trainees will continue to build an exciting career aligned with their aspirations here at YesStyle.com. 

What You'll Do:

• Build a broad understanding of the core marketing disciplines at YesStyle.com. 
• Undertake assigned tasks as delegated by leader and accomplish all learning objectives for each placement rotation, including but not limited to:
  • Assist in maintaining the CRM activities; and monitor repeat customer performance. 
  • Manage Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns through Google Ads and Meta Business Manager platforms; learn to assess campaign effectiveness. 
  • Assist in creating and implementing influencer marketing strategies in line with the overall marketing goals to strengthen brand awareness. Assist in maintaining the relationship with KOLs.
  • Implement and evaluate other marketing/promotional campaigns.

What You Have:

• Final year in bachelor’s degree program in business, marketing or a related discipline; or bachelor’s degree with a maximum of two years of working experience
• Passion for e-commerce and marketing
• Fast learner with a pro-active attitude and a high level of self-motivation
• Ability to multi-task and organize amongst different priorities
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
