Marketing Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

• Plan and manage all marketing, advertising, publicity and promotional events for the Group’s brands according to VG guidelines.
• Define customer centric marketing strategies, process and procedures for promotions and brand initiatives,
• Manage budget and set direction for the brand to achieve financial and business objectives.
• Support the Brand’s Business Goals.
• Support the CRM and build the base of VIP customers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum a Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in a comparable retail environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and strong financial acumen.
• Ability to handle stress, show resilience and adapt to changing market trend.
• Pleasant Personality and excellent communicator.
• Proficient in computer skills
• Fluent English and both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is added advantage.
