Marketing / Project Executive (Campaign Team)

Objective of the Position:

Lead and execute content creation projects, coordinating with multiple parties, to deliver successful results and increase the company’s brand visibility.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate multiple projects to deliver content on social media channels such as YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. 
• Communicate and work closely with different departments to ensure a seamless and smooth workflow between all parties 
• Liaise with relevant Teams and gather essential information to prepare content brief following specific requirements and expected outcome 
• Ensure the content created follows the guidelines provided and is delivered in a timely manner
• Look after the spendings and make sure all projects are completed within the budget allocated
• Handle any issues or challenges that may arise as the projects progress
• Maintain an organized calendar to keep track of the progress of the projects and ensure that all teams are up to date.
• Report the performance and impact of all projects on a regular basis
• Review and evaluate the impact of each project once completed to share recommendations for optimizing the projects

What You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or project coordination
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Korean would be a plus.
• Project management or marketing event organizer background would be a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams 
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data 
• Good relationship building skills
