Messika - Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Present the Messika brand in accordance with its image
• Suggest jewelry based on the client’s personal style and needs
• Convey the essence of Messika jewelry by staying true to the Maison’s history and spirit
• Proactively engage in client outreach and demonstrate strong follow-up skills
• Receive and monitor client product exchanges and repairs
• Operate the sales system by updating and monitoring sales records and the client database
• Manage the boutique’s inventory, product replenishment, and storage
• Ensure the boutique is always presentable and welcoming, assisting with its maintenance and upkeep

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in luxury jewelry
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Candidate with more experience can be considered as Senior Sales Associate
