Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall operational strategy of the company to ensure business objectives are achieved.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead and manage operational teams to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Develop and implement quality assurance programs to maintain high service standards.
• Analyse KPIs and operational reports to identify trends and areas for improvement

• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment across the business

Requirements：

University degree in Business, Operations Management or related discipline
At least 10 years of senior management experience in the retail industry or related fields.
Familiarity with the operational models, market trends, and relevant regulations of the security industry.
Excellent leadership skills, capable of motivating teams and driving business development.
Strategic thinking skills, capable of formulating and executing long-term development plans.
