About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Advanced Card Systems Limited as an Operations Executive. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the import/export and customs processes, ensuring the efficient and compliant delivery of products to our customers. This full-time position is based in our Kowloon Bay office.
What you'll be doing
Coordinate the import and export of goods, liaising with customs authorities and logistics providers to ensure timely and compliant deliveryProcess import and export documentation, including customs declarations, bills of lading, and other paperworkMonitor inventory levels and order fulfilment, identifying and resolving any issues that may ariseMaintain accurate records and reporting on all import/export activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise operations and implement process improvementsEnsure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policiesWhat we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar operations or logistics role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industryStrong understanding of import/export procedures and customs regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levelsProficient in using relevant software and systems for logistics and operations managementProblem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to meet deadlinesAttention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and complianceWhat we offer
