Order Coordinator

Responsibilities : -

• Coordinates customer for all activities related to delivery and self-pickup order
• Provide clerical support and handle documents such as delivery notes and packing lists
• Works closely with Logistics and Sales teams to make sure customer service can be fulfilled
• Arrange container loading / unloading with shipping company

Requirements : -

• Form 5 / DSE or above
• Min 3 years related working experience
• Proficient computer skill including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Familiar with ERP system
• Less experience will be considered as Clerk
• Immediate available is highly preferred
