 WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Implement company various rules and regulations, especially the operation-related management and procedures
• Assist the manager to complete the daily store operation and solving operational problems
• Maximize sales opportunities to achieve sales targets
• Provide quality customer services in shop and maintain brand image
• Attend to customer queries and provide merchandise information to enhance customer experience
• Maintain visual and store environment to align with branding

主要職責

• 執行公司各種規章制度，營運相關管理制度及流程
• 協助經理完成店鋪日常營運工作，幫助銷售人員解決店鋪相關問題
• 協助完成銷售指標
• 客戶關係管理
• 維護視覺成列與店鋪環境使其與品牌形像一致
